MANIFESTOS : Communication by Technology

Nowadays, technology progressing more and more. Technology is an important to human and every thing in the world. So, technology change then world changes too...

How is technology important for human life?

In Everyday life technology is many important why people popular to use it in around the world? When talk about technology I think about the communication. The Communicate is to transfer data between places to another place by broadcast tools. At the past they have no more technology we use communication, conversation, exchange language from people by people. Then we developed a conversation through the media. That is the development from message, fax to a phone wire.

We can chat between places to another place, whether far.For example, human use phone to intermediate between them as far together, whether different street, provinces, or in different countries.Speaking to communicate may not be essential any longer. Because nowadays computers have important role in human life, we can talk through the text. Through the computer screen. It’s like trace from A to B that’s from people to people by pass through the media for example, people talking together pass the computer by use internet. In these days many people have behavior addict with technology. People are talking on their cell phones or sending text/email messages. People is using their laptop computers, people are reading, are listening to music. You can see many technologies that people like to use .For examples of social media applications are Wikipedia (reference), MySpace and Facebook (social networking), YouTube (video sharing), Second Life (virtual reality), Digg (news sharing), Flickr (photo sharing) Window Live Messenger(msn) and Sharenow (media sharing). These sites typically use applications such as blogs, micro-blogging, message boards, podcasts, and wikis to allow users to interact in a quick, collaborative and efficient manner. .About an Architect which associate with technology too. We use the computer to create imagination to be appearance. As you can see all around you which from technology. Such as building, books, magazine, advertisement etc.
It’s has many technology products for responded human needs. Many the competition on markerting but every product is not good so, it depend on taste in each people. For example, men and women. they are different in communicative competent, and their discourse strategies in terms of conversational interactions, vocabulary, thinking, swearing, self-disclosure, intimacy, questions, behavior, verbal fillers, and attitudes. Its may made the different of cultures, perceptions, values, and expectations from life. Sometime when I talk with man friends i hard to understand him its feel like he’s come from another world it’s like we have the different gender and different perception.

I like the “MANUFACTURED LANDSCAPES" in class that Edward burtynsky want to present about manufactured and landscapes by pictures that he taken on. It’s not only the picture because his picture is full of meaning. it's can tell to daily life of human that make many industrial waste, like they use many people to produce many industrial objects and it's happened industrial waste too. His picture that can tell the feeling of it. And he represents technology by use camera, like represent technology by technology.

Technology is the thing that made the communication between people. No matter what, art work, magazine, advertisement etc. for show human thinking. We have to see it pass other media such as computer on website, television, radio, etc. Like we live in technology world that must communication pass through the technology.

  1. I agree that technology is deeply ingrained into all our interpersonal communications, in ways never before imagined. What I am curious to know, however, is what does this dependence on technology--as a communicative prosthetic--to our perceptions of sociality? How does contemporary technology shape the way we view relationships? For example, when you post on your blog, or you twitter, or you update your myspace page, who are you writing to? Who do you want your audience to see? How does technology entail new forms of recognition? Remember the dialectic I mentioned: recognition involves me seeing myself through how I perceive you are seeing me. As you pointed out, much of our 'seeing' each other is mediated by these technologies. I think it would be a fascinating manifesto to take your ideas much deeper and actually contemplate how your perceptions of human relationships, and of yourself, are shaped by the devices you use to communicate with.
